When will my order arrive?

All non personalised items will still ship within 1-3 business days. All personalised items will ship once a week due to covid precautions.

Europe: 2-10 business days

United States: 2-16 business days

For International Shipping, please be aware that shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination. Any customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over what fees may be incurred.

Weather conditions, customs clearance and other unforeseen reasons can sometimes cause delays. I apologise if this happens. I’ll always get your item shipped as quickly as possible, but please remember it’s out of my control once the package reaches the post office. Will my order arrive before Christmas?

The official last date of ordering given by the postal service is December 1st 2020. However, this does not factor in any delays caused by the pandemic.

A lot of people order during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend to take advantage of the sales. This year however we can not guarantee your order will arrive on time before Christmas if you order that weekend. Therefore we host a Smart Christmas Sale in the first week of November so you can take advantage of the sale AND have your gifts in time for the holidays!

If you want to be on the safe side, order before November 8th 2020 to have the best chances to have your order in time for Christmas holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to all countries where shipping is possible during this pandemic. Please check your local government to check if it's possible to receive international packages at this time.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery all orders ship with track & trace. This shipping method has less delays compared to untraceable packages during this pandemic.

Can I get free shipping?

Due to the pandemic shipping prices vary a lot between countries. To ensure you have the fastest and most reliable shipping possible I can't offer you free shipping at this moment.

Return & exchange policy

All items are packaged with great care. Unfortunatly we can not controll what happens during transit. I'm sorry if your order arrived in anything less than a perfect state.

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Please include photo's of the item(s) and packaging in your message so I can help you fast. Please keep the damaged order including packaging for insurance purposes. I will contact you for replacement of the damaged item(s).

If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact me for return details. You will receive the information about exchanging your item(s).

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. I'm sure I can help you! Please, always talk to me before you ship an item back. As stated by European law you can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please follow these instructions for return:

- Contact me before returning any items. I'll give you the correct return adress.

- Acceptable returns must be sent out with tracking and delivery confirmation within 14 business days of receipt in safe packaging.

- A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and not before it is received by me. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- All shipping costs are non-refundable. This does not apply if your item arrived damaged or defective. In that case you have received information about return shipping from me.

- If an address does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, the buyer covers repeat shipping costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for personalised items, digital downloads and face masks.
